	Bruce Gallman, CEO W. Bruce Gallman, co-founder of Gallman Development Group, LLC has been actively involved in Atlanta real estate since acquiring his real estate license in 1964. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1969 and became a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors (CCIM) in 1980. Mr. Gallman founded Gallman Realty Associates, Inc. in 1981. As a broker he specialized in representing buyers in the acquisition of commercial and investment properties. During his brokerage career Mr. Gallman represented Parking Company of America for acquiring parking lots and garages in Atlanta. He also played a key role in their national strategy for expansion. Mr. Gallman represented a Swedish development group in one of the largest land assemblages in the history of Atlanta real estate. In the early 1980’s, Mr. Gallman developed the first mixed-use loft project in downtown Atlanta. He sponsored the placement of the Castleberry Hill Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. Mr. Gallman founded and was elected as the first president of the Castleberry Hill Neighborhood Association. He was on the committee that drafted the master plan for Castleberry Hill. Mr. Gallman was a member of the Central Atlanta Progress Downtown Housing Task Force when it was originally formed in the late 1970’s. He was active on the committee until it disbanded after completing its mission of making downtown Atlanta a viable residential area.
	Bill Gallman, COO Bill Gallman, co-founder of Gallman Development Group, has been active in real estate development since 1999 when he joined Miller Gallman Developers. His career started with property management, which gave Bill exposure to the user-end of development allowing him to gain experience in project management and architectural design. Since becoming active in real estate development, Mr. Gallman has managed the development and sales efforts of converted historic structures, newly constructed townhouses and mixed-use projects totaling in excess of $50 million. Bill earned his degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia. As a licensed real estate agent, Mr. Gallman is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
	Angela Gallman Angela Gallman has been a licensed real estate agent from 2002 to now. During this time Angela has worked representing Bruce and Bill on sales of several of their projects including Whitehall Mill, Swift&Co. Lofts, Glen Iris Lofts, Castleberry Row, 322 Peters St, The Lofts on the Square, as well as others. As an independent agent she also works with individual sellers and buyers to achieve their goals of selling or obtaining properties to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Currently Angela is working as a real estate agent as well as accounting at Gallman Development Group.
	Kelsey Downs Kelsey Downs is the executive assistant for Gallman Development Group. Since joining our team in 2017 Kelsey has taken on more office management responsibilities. She has helped create and execute some design aspects in Gallman's development projects. Coming to the company from an interior design background she aspires to be more involved artistically in future developments.

Angela Gallman
